Jon is a certified dog trainer with a strong background in positive training techniques that are both fun and rewarding.  For the past 20 years Jon has worked with individuals and families to help pet owners communicate clearly with their dogs.  His certifications include Canine Training and Management, as well as Canine Behavior from Kutztown University.  

Jon first became interested in training after discovering that he has an affinity for managing fearful, reactive, and assertive dogs that all required building a strong foundation of trust in order to develop a successful working and training relationship.  Staying true to his belief that training should be a fun and rewarding experience for both the dog and owner, Jon helps to bridge the communication gap between humans and their canine companions.

Behavioral Consult
  • Meet with both our veterinarian and trainer to discuss health and environmental changes leading to behavioral changes in your dog
